    • Managing Entire Team including Team Leader and other Marketing\/Sales Staffs<\/li>\n
    • Conducting demos & educating Sales Team for proper work orientation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Keep track of all activities<\/li>\n
      • Managing\/Creating Business Plans, Goals and other particulars to achieve the company monthly target revenue.<\/li>\n
      • Must be a good listener<\/li>\n
      • proposing proper solutions, implementing proposals, negotiate and finalize the deals\u00a0for packaged solutions and specific customized solutions for improvement in product\/services.<\/li>\n
      • Achieving targets assigned to as per experience and caliber<\/li>\n
      • Managing\/checking logs in CRM<\/li>\n
      • Handling and managing client base after sales<\/li>\n
      • Maintaining customer relationship via phone, email, meeting,letter or any other means of communication<\/li>\n
