What are design Concepts?
Design concepts are based on the design references given by the client. Normally, design concepts are based on the reference provided by the client. We ask you to submit 2 design references from the client via ticket system. In some cases, if clients are not able to provide design references, we offer 2 design concepts based on our references shared with clients for proper approval.
What is Color Design?
Color Design for logo is limited to number of colors for logo design. It varies from 2 colors to unlimited colors. It enables us to use 16.7 million colors to use from the different color palettes available in different plans.
What is revision?
On selected design concepts,we provide 3 revisions to modify your logo. A modification on your request is considered as 1 revision and so on. If you are not happy with 3 revisions, you can get a paid service of $20/per revision.
What is TAT?
TAT stands for Turn Around Time. It varies from 5 -15 days from package to package. TAT is connected to SLA. If design references given by clients are on time and a proper timely approval is suggested on timely manner, Kakinfotech ensures that we cover and complete your project within TAT. If timely approval and design references are not given on time by the client end, you would be excluded from SLA and SLA stands cancelled in this case.
What are Online Web Ready files?
Online Web Ready files are published in minimum 72 dpi. These files can be used in any of web or online formats. Web formats .jpg are published in progressive mode for the best optimizing techniques available for web and online media. We provide 2 transparent format supported for web.
1) .png: This is bit heavy file-size and comparatively best in terms for quality.
2) .gif: This file is comparatively lower in file size than .png and transparent background is supported in this format also.
What is Tag line?
Tag line is a suggested line of maximum 3 words line used with logo to create a passion for your brand.It creates a brand image for many company’s products or services. This is given by client end. Our team can help you in adding your tag line with your logo.
What is Corporate Co-laterals?
Corporate Co-laterals are Visiting Cards, Envelope, Letterhead, CD Covers, Poster, Signage & T-shirts. Gold and Platinum Packages are eligible for Corporate Co-laterals.
What is SLA?
SLA is a Service Level Agreement. Under SLA, if we do not complete the assignment under the TAT(Turn Around Time), there should be a penalty of 25% of the Plan Amount provided that client should submit design references on time and provide approval on the timely manner. Please note: It is different than Refund.
Can I ask for a refund?
No. Our world class designers work rigorously with design creatives for your project. Refund is strictly not possible. Since we work on your design references given by you, refund is strictly not at all possible.
Is 24X7 support available?
Yes, We provide 24X7 Support only via tickets. 10 tickets or 50 relies in a ticket is available as complementary support per month or per project-wise. After this limit exceeds, you can ask for a paid support which is $10 per ticket with 5 replies per ticket.
What are Offline Print Ready files?
Normally Offline Print Ready Files are published 300 dpi. These files can be used for any kind of printing in poster or any other formats.
What are Web Digital formats?
There are 4 web digital format that we provide with all package plans. 1) .png 2) .gif 3) .jpg 4) .pdf
Nowadays .pdf format is widely used for all kinds of correspondences. These files are given in 3 resolutions say low-res, medium-res and hi-res.
What are Source Files?
Source files are the files used to develop your logo. These files are normally available in any one of these formats, say .cdr , .psd and .ai. Our team can present you the final re-visioned file as source files for you to further make any modifications. You can do it from your end or hire an expert for the same to do the possible edits. Source files can be purchased @ 81 for Bronze Package. For rest of the packages, this amount $81 is already included as credit.
What is Flash Logo?
Flash Logo is 2D animation with complementary sound for a maximum of 30 secs offered with Platinum package. Source files for logo is not provided to the client. Any further revision is chargeable @ $30 per revision or addition of 5 sec 2d animation in this package.
