Affiliate Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Kak Infotech Affiliate Program. By registering and participating, you agree to the terms and conditions laid out in this agreement. This document governs the relationship between Kak Infotech (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and you (the “Affiliate”) and defines the guidelines for earning commissions by referring customers to our products and services.

2. Eligibility

To become an affiliate of Kak Infotech, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Operate a legitimate platform (website, blog, YouTube, social media, etc.).

• Comply with all applicable laws in your country and Kak Infotech’s marketing policies.

3. Commission Structure

• Affiliates will earn commissions on eligible sales referred through their unique affiliate link.

• The current standard commission is a 10%-15% percentage of the net sale value (excluding refunds, taxes, or discounts). You can check the percentage in your profile account with us.

• Orders must be paid in full and outside any cancellation or refund period to qualify for commission.

• For commission for retainer ship of sale account on yearly basis for minimum sale of 1lac/150 USD/120Euros per month. This will qualify for yearly renewal commission for 10% if your regular communication has turned on the renewal on yearly basis. We do not offer any renewal sale on items where renewal is based on per month basis. For per month basis, the first month sale amount is calculated only for commission. if renewal is done next year of the respected month, the collected amount sale is counted for 10% the sale amount.

4. Payout Schedule & Minimum Threshold

• Commissions are processed and paid every 45 days from the sale date of each confirmed order.

• Payouts will be made once the following minimum threshold is reached:

• If the minimum is not reached, the amount will carry forward to the next cycle.

5. Payment Methods

Kak Infotech pays affiliates via:

• Bank Transfer (India)

• PayPal or Wise (International)

• UPI (India, for smaller payouts on special request)

It is your responsibility to ensure payment details are correct. Kak Infotech is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect information.

6. Processing Fee & Deductions

• A processing/transaction fee between 2% and 5% will be deducted from the commission total, based on the buyer’s country, currency exchange, and payment gateway charges.

• This fee varies by region and is automatically calculated during payout processing.

• Kak Infotech may also deduct taxes where applicable by law.

7. Acceptable Use & Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates are expected to:

• Use only ethical and accurate marketing practices.

• Promote Kak Infotech using official brand assets and approved content.

• Clearly disclose affiliate relationships when promoting on public platforms.

• Ensure your audience receives true, non-deceptive information.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Sending unsolicited (spam) emails.

• Bidding on Kak Infotech’s brand name in paid ads.

• Misrepresenting our pricing, services, or offers.

• Using cookie stuffing or self-referral.

Violations will result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

8. Tracking, Attribution & Cookie Policy

• Sales are tracked using cookies embedded in affiliate links.

• The standard cookie duration is 30 days.

• Kak Infotech is not responsible for tracking failures due to user behavior (cookie deletion, device change, etc.).

9. Termination

Kak Infotech reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

• You violate any terms herein.

• You engage in fraudulent or unethical practices.

• Your account remains inactive for 3+ months with no referrals.

Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be reviewed and disbursed only at the discretion of Kak Infotech.

10. Refunds & Chargebacks

If a referred customer cancels, requests a refund, or disputes a charge, the related commission will be withheld or reversed.

11. Limitation of Liability

Kak Infotech will not be held responsible for:

• Delays caused by payment providers.

• Indirect or consequential losses due to program interruptions.

• Tracking discrepancies caused by third-party tools or settings.

12. Changes to Terms

Kak Infotech reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified via email or dashboard. Continued participation implies agreement with the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the New Delhi, India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
